BLACK SHUCK COCKTAILS
Shuck’s Fizz
35ml Black Shuck Sloe Gin
175ml chilled Champagne (or Cava)
Pour Black Shuck Sloe Gin into a large wine glass.
Pour over the chilled Champagne. Sit back and enjoy.
Shuck’s Coffee Liqueur
35ml Black Shuck Sloe Gin
200ml Hot strong black coffee
2 tsp Demerara sugar
30ml fresh double cream
Coffee glass for serving
Stir Black Shuck Sloe Gin and sugar into a glass of hot coffee.
Float the fresh cream on top by pouring over the back of a warm spoon. Do not stir.
Shuck’s Chiller
35ml Black Shuck Sloe Gin
100ml cranberry juice
Handful of crushed ice
Put crushed ice into a large glass.
Pour over the cranberry juice followed by the Sloe Gin
Relax and enjoy
